Meet Christine Cronick – one of Oak Island’s top producers with 18 years in the Brunswick County market and leader of the award winning Team Cronick.   As a real estate professional, Christine brings an impressive blend of talent, skill, knowledge, and support to her clients. Her education as an engineer, and experience in both commercial and residential construction, makes for an impressive combination of capabilities. 

Christine’s knowledge of the myriad laws governing real estate is formidable, and she continually strives to stay current, for the benefit of her clients and colleagues. In addition to these strengths, Christine is very sensitive to the needs of her clients, and never loses focus on what is best for them. A member of the Brunswick County Association of Realtors, Christine also holds five real estate designations, most recently to include Luxury Marketing Specialist from the Institute of Global Luxury.

Christine grew up in a family where hard work and perseverance were highly valued.  Through this her parents instilled an appreciation for family and home.  Having relocated many times, Christine shows sensitivity towards buyers as they maneuver the path of home ownership, knowing that it is possibly the largest investment a client may ever make.  When not working, you can find Christine traveling and exploring the great outdoors with her husband, David and her children  or loving on her four beautiful granddaughters.

Shelly Morrow represented my wife and me as our buyer agent when we searched for and purchased a vacation property in St. James Plantation near Southport, NC. Very pleased with your realtor Shelly Morrow. She was the only realtor out of about 6 companies who consistently sent listing in the area I was looking at. Sent via email with occasional follow up but no rushing me. She was very easy to talk to and when I had a question she was always quick to respond. She even called me from a family vacation and told me I could talk to someone else in the office and she would call me as soon as she returned. She even checked on my property following Hurricane Dorian after we had closed and suggested someone to help repair minor damage. I will use Shelly Morrow and Caldwell Banker again if the need arises.
